Documents in different format (Word Documents, Acrobat Reader Documents, Microsoft PowerPoint Presentations, Excel files etc.) can be stored and managed in CRMWeb, where they can be viewed and used by authorized persons. Once stored in the system, all documents (offers, contracts, mail templates, presentations, tables, statistics etc.) can be viewed, modified by authorized users from anywhere in the world.

When storing a document you have the possibility to add a description and a list of keywords which facilitate an easy search. The search functionality dramatically shortens the time needed to find a document. Further capabilities allow you to edit the document properties or send documents per email as attachments.

Updates and modifications are automatically persisted

so that each user can always access the latest version of a document irrespective of his/her location.
