The contact management functions of CRMWeb enable you to effectively manage and track your contacts. You can search the central database in order to find a contact, edit and update existing contact information, identify active and non-active contacts and filter your contacts by a wide range of criteria such as: individual, location, company etc.

CRMWeb allows you to maintain complete contact profiles, keep a history of all past interactions with your contacts: activities, notes, conversations, written correspondence, emails, meetings or events; use templates to instantly send emails (HTML or plain text) with or without attachments to an unlimited number of email addresses.
