The new module Orders complements the functionalities for the automation and optimization of the sales processes, the user being able to manage and keep track of all orders together with other relevant data and documents in the system. The user has the possibility to assign each order a status which indicates the processing status of the respective order (new, approved, canceled and delivered) and to attach to each order relevant documents which can be consulted and modified at a later time.

Orders can be filtered based on user defined criteria or combination of criteria by means of user defined views.
|
The data analysis and reporting functionality allows issuing statistical reports (no. of orders per company, delivered orders, open orders) which provide valuable information regarding the sales volume and facilitates taking founded decisions pertaining to the sales workflow.
