CRMWeb Outlook Add-In ensures full integration of MS Outlook with the following CRMWeb features: contact management, lead management, case management, opportunity management, task management and event management. With CRMWeb Outlook Add-In you can create leads, contacts, cases and opportunities directly from the Outlook interface; synchronize contacts, tasks and events and save incoming and outgoing emails as activity in the history of the corresponding lead, contact, opportunity or case. CRMWeb Outlook Add-In allows you to easily capture a complete history of each customer relationship and to increase your productivity by eliminating time-consuming manual activities. You may use either CRMWeb or MS Outlook to communicate with your customers and business partners; in either case all relevant correspondence will be recorded in CRMWeb to ensure a complete overview of each customer relationship available for the entire organization.
