According to the survey, presented by the consulting agency Pierre Audoin Consultants in 2009, the CRM local market had a value of 6.6 million euro, and in 2010, an increase of almost 50% is expected, the trend being also valid for 2011.

22 June 2009 :: Epinvest implements CRMWeb, the customer relationship management solution developed by misoft systems CRMWeb is now being implemented by Epinvest, one of the most important Bosch authorized distributors in Romania, in order to optimize the companies’ internal processes.

Epinvest appreciates CRMWeb for “the role it has in making the work of sales agencies more efficient, keeping a good relationship with the clients and increasing sales” says Andreea Cojocari, marketing responsible Epinvest. “We are active in the service and trade market for more than 15 years, having a chain of stores in five Romanian counties – Cluj, Alba, Maramures, Brasov and Harghita. April 2009 :: "Software export marches happily on the boulevard of economic crisis" – by Daniel Catana, article in Capital: misoft systems expressed it's opinion on how the economic crisis can affect the IT market in Romania and presented it's approach for 2009 in an article publishes on April 8th, 2009, in Capital, a well known financial magazine in Romania.

The article, "Software export marches happily on the boulevard of economic crisis" signed by Daniel Catana presents the evolution of the IT market in Romania in the context of the economic crisis. The short interview with Iulian Iuga, the managing director of misoft systems discusses the development plans of the company for 2009 and the way the company looks at the economic crisis.

Although the recession is affecting an increasing number of industries, software companies stay optimistic. "Until now, we hadn’t really felt the effect of the economic crisis, because we have long-term contractual engagements with our partners, which means the continuity in our activity was not affected. Even so, keeping this shortage of investment in IT for too long can bring unwanted effects in the next year. We are still optimistic and hoping for a slow comeback of the economy in the second half of 2009" says Iulian Iuga who founded misoft systems in Cluj in 2004 and closed 2008 with a revenue of 450,000 euros. "At this point, our team has 23 members and we intend to hire 7 more people by the end of the year. We plan on opening a new branch in Germany and an operational office in Suceava."

March 2009 :: misoft systems at CeBIT 2009 – between B2B and B2C trends: Between 3-8 March, 2009 misoft systems participated to the biggest IT trade show in the world, held in Hanover, Germany. The 2009 edition was a partnership with the state of California and enjoyed the presence of governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.

This year, misoft systems joined CeBIT for the fourth year in the Romanian pavilion. misoft wanted to present its’ development and consultancy services of Business Solutions, Financial Applications and Industrial Software and keep the connected to the latest technological evolutions in the IT field. misoft systems is active in Romania for five years and managed to rapidly build a vast international experience and to demonstrate the quality of its’ products and services by getting the certifications of Microsoft Certified Partner and Oracle Partner for the CRMWeb product that was presented at CeBIT.

The trade show this year gathered over 4,000 companies from 70 countries and more than 400,000 visitors. Although the number of companies, the diversity of services and the exchange of ideas still make CeBIT the most important IT trade show in the world, this years' edition registered almost 2,000 companies less than last year. The Romanian pavilion gathered 15 companies this year, as opposed to 30 in 2008.

The drop in participation can be explained by the economic crisis and by the fact that companies are trying to reduce costs, but also by the fact that companies are becoming more skeptical to the idea that international trade shows are an efficient way to identify new business opportunities.

"CeBIT is becoming more and more a B2C (business-to-consumer) trade show and less a B2B (business-to-business) event. I believe this is the main reason why service providers like misoft are starting to see less of a potential for their business development and opportunity to find new potential partners in these trade shows." The value of trade shows like CeBIT still stands when it comes to offering a space for exchanging information and finding the latest IT innovations, in a field where change happens fast and constantly.

One of the conclusions at the end of the trade show was that Romania has a relevant potential to strengthen its' position on the IT market in Europe given the diversity of available services, the quality of these services and the competitive price it offers.

November 2008 :: misoft systems joins the best known IT experts at Tech Ed EMEA: misoft systems participates during the 10th and 14th of November at Tech Ed EMEA 2008, the biggest developer conference organized by Microsoft in Europe. August 2008 :: Launching CRMWeb 2.5: misoft sytems launches the new version of its own-developed web-based customer relationship management solution CRMWeb, a result of four years of research and experience in the development of strategies and software solutions for the management of customer relationships.

The current version has some new functionalities: personalized mass email, additional reports pertaining to activities specific for the marketing, sales and customer support departments, user interface in German, English or Romanian, as well as a new look & feel.

January 2006 :: TWCON GmbH implements CRMWeb to improve internal lead and contact management.
