New features available in this release: improved search and navigation functionality, some refinements at the user interface level,
enhanced opportunity management capability, extended import capability (all types of business objects can now be imported), campaign management and the Outlook integration (Outlook Add-In).

At this year's CeBIT trade show, misoft systems will present the latest version of its web-based Customer Relationships Management
System (CRMWeb), developed with the latest technologies to help organizations automate, standardize and optimize core business processes specific to sales,
marketing and customer support departments. misoft systems is one of the very few Romanian CRM providers with an own integrated, non-sectoral CRM solution.
CRMWeb is available either as installed application (on-site), or as externally hosted (on-demand) solution. misoft systems is looking to expand its network of
international distributors for CRMWeb. The company has already formed business alliances with partners who are distributing CRMWeb in Romania, Germany and Switzerland.
